Sinker EDM - EDM is Our Specialty

• We have 8 Eltee Pulistrons, 3 with orbiting capabilities.
• We have recently added a Sodick AG35L with a 32 tool changer for "lights out" unattended runs.
• We have over 500 Brass Erowa Holders and fixturing for them to accommodate a large workload.
• We have a Hurco Graphite Mill currently being installed to accommodate more electrode production (with a 30,000 RPM spindle).

Wire Department

With 2 wire machines and a third on the way, we can handle a large load of wire work from intricate thin fingers to large cavities and mold bases. We also run them unattended at night to keep prices low.

Grinding Department

Our 12+ grinders and skilled help allow us to take on large and complicated projects. We grind laminates, cores, cavities, plates, dies, carbide and more.

CNC Mill

We are well equipped to handle your CNC Mill needs with 2 Hass machines (Super VF2 & VFO) and a Hurco VM10G (with 30,000 RPM spindle). We can do hard milling, mold bases and exotic material, from 1 piece to 1,000 pieces.

CNC Lathe

Our partner company handles a variety of lathe work: hard turning complex forms, mold work, dies and close tolerance +- .0001.

Polishing

We are familiar with a variety of industrial standards regarding polishing.

Inspection

We adhere to the strict industry standards and exceed them. We furnish inspection reports at anytime requested by our customers. We are also ISO 9001 compliant with our inspection equipment and paperwork. We are looking to be certified in the near future.
